Six new deals have been secured at Sheffield's two 'most popular' business parks
Six new deals have been completed at two business parks in Sheffield.
Acting on behalf of Buccleuch Property for Mountcity Investments, the industrial agency team at CBRE in Leeds has confirmed six lettings comprising a total 65,761 sq ft at Thorncliffe Business Park and Provincial Business Park.
Thorncliffe Business Park has recently acquired four new tenants. Unit 26 comprising 2,874 sq ft has been let to Bardon Environmental on a six-year lease term.
In addition, Unit 19 comprising 44,932 sq ft has been let to Shepley Engineers Ltd on a 10-year lease term, while Unit six comprising 5,718 sq ft has been let to Needham Coding Ltd on a five-year lease term.
The fourth letting, Unit 10, comprising 1,615 sq ft is let to GP Fume Extraction Limited on a five-year term.
The four units form part of the Thorncliffe Business Park, situated within north Sheffield. The business park is home to a wide range of occupiers, including Balfour Beatty, Distinction Doors and Plumb Centre.
In addition, a further two lettings in Sheffield has been confirmed by CBRE at Provincial Business Park in Ecclesfield, which is situated 1.5 miles south west of Junction 35 of the M1 and within 9 miles of Sheffield city centre.
Unit 13a, a warehouse/business unit comprising 5,355 sq ft has been let to E4 Plant Hire Ltd on a five-year lease term and Unit 13b, a 4,552 sq ft warehouse has been let to Swegway Park on a five-year lease term.
