Financial advisor backs Run Huddersfield

A Halifax-based independent financial advisor has become a partner of Run Huddersfield, a local running festival involving a marathon, half marathon and family fun run.

Investing For Tomorrow LLP is a Chartered financial advice company helping clients to plan for a brighter future. A family-run business, the firm services a range of clients across the UK.

Established in 1993 by Laurence Turner, Investing For Tomorrow is keen to invest in the local community and in keeping with the firm’s mission to ‘live for today’, proactively sponsors ways to keep people fit, healthy and able to enjoy a positive future.

Run Huddersfield will take place on 4th June 2017, with picturesque routes including Scammonden Dam and the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. As a partner of the festival, race numbers of both the marathon and half marathon runners will carry the Investing For Tomorrow branding.

Explaining his company’s decision to support the event, Laurence Turner said:

“Marathons are all about a personal journey, and running and training for one is a major life goal for many people. Investing For Tomorrow enables people to explore their passions and goals in life, helping them build the financial security to enjoy those rich life experiences and live life on their own terms. For some people, their goal might be to run a marathon, for others it might be to own a retirement cottage in Cumbria.

“Independent financial advice can show you how to make this happen. Everyone running the Huddersfield Marathon are living their life for today – and that’s something that Investing for Tomorrow solidly supports.”

On behalf of Run Huddersfield organisers, Team OA Ltd, Wane Law stated:

“We are delighted to welcome Investing For Tomorrow as a partner for the Run Huddersfield festival. Their financial support has enabled us to commission various actions in our efforts to build an event for the area to be proud of. In addition, we look forward to our shared marketing initiatives raising awareness for both Run Huddersfield and Investing For Tomorrow. We hope this will result in even more runners and spectators getting involved in the day.”
