Growing Liverpool recruitment firm Dobson Welch secures Baltic Triangle office
Recruitment consultancy Dobson Welch has moved to a new office in Liverpool to accommodate its expanding team.
The business signed up for an office at the Women’s Organisation, located on St James Street in the city’s Baltic Triangle area.
Founded in 2015 by director Claire Welch, the Dobson Welch team now includes two recruitment consultants, London-based Dominic Barclay and Liverpool-based Laura Gibson, in addition to marketing support and an administrator.
Claire ran the business from home before moving into the Women’s Organisation.
She commented: “Since setting up we’ve won several new clients, particularly in the financial services, telecoms, manufacturing, professional services, fashion and retail industries and we are ahead of our business plan.
“We’re getting lots of repeat business because we offer a thorough, hands-on service where candidates are properly screened and matched for the job.”
Speaking further, Claire said the aim now is to hire additional recruitment staff and grow other areas of the business, “particularly in the legal and PR/marketing sectors”.
She added: “We’ve built a good team and I am looking to take on more consultants this year to help us grow into new areas.”
