DHL warehouse in Glasshoughton comes to market
The 37,000 sq ft DHL unit at Whistler Drive, Glasshoughton, is being brought to the market through real estate adviser, GVA.
DHL, the global logistics giant, will be vacating the unit at the end of March after occupying it for 10 years.
Developed by Wilson Bowden, the unit overlooks the M62 and is situated between warehouses occupied by Teva and Really Useful Products.
Rob Oliver, director at the Leeds office of GVA, said: “We are pleased to be instructed to market this unit. There is a very low level of supply across the West Yorkshire region of modern second hand stock.
“This unit is well specified with an eaves height of 7.2m, and a large yard, and is only a few minutes from Junction 32 of the M62.”
