UK’s largest available warehouse Sheffield 615 comes to market

A Sheffield-based warehouse spanning in excess of 615,000 sq ft, the largest available in the UK, is being launched to market.

Commerical Property Partners (CPP), the property consultancy agency, has been appointed by Logicor to oversee the marketing and leasing of Sheffield 615.

Situated on Shepcote Lane, Sheffield 615 is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme which is expected to complete in July.

The warehouse is providing an ‘unrivalled’ opportunity to the UK logistics and industrial market, according to CPP partner Toby Vernon.

Toby said: “The UK market is suffering from an acute shortage of existing buildings of this calibre, and especially large footprint warehouses spanning in excess of 500,000 sq ft which are particularly rare.

Property advisors CBRE and DTRE will partner with CPP to manage the marketing of the property, which will benefit from 31 dock level loading doors, 12 over-sized level access doors, a large yard, 360 degrees site circulation, a lorry parking area and 15m clear internal eaves once the extensive refurbishments are complete.
