Roland Dransfield secures raft of property clients

PR and marketing communications agency Roland Dransfield has announced a number of new client wins, following on from a successful visit to global property conference MIPIM.

The Manchester-based company out-pitched several other agencies to win significant accounts with high profile property companies throughout the UK.

They include, Pineview Property Group, Ashall Projects, Rural Solutions and Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets’ (L&G’s) first Build to Rent scheme - The Slate Yard, on Stanley Street, Salford.

The new appointments come as the award-winning agency continues to expand its national property offering.

Caroline Aspinall, Roland Dransfield Associate Director, said: “This year’s MIPIM was widely regarded as one of the best for Manchester, with a record number of partners and associates flying out to Cannes.

“Roland Dransfield attended MIPIM this year as part of the Manchester at MIPIM delegation and represented several clients, in addition to producing video and blog content of the events held within the impressive new Majestic Beach pavilion.

“It was inspiring to see the property sector flourishing and we are thrilled to continue to play a part in this.”

Cheshire-based developer, Ashall Projects, has hired Roland Dransfield to deliver an integrated media and digital campaign to support its mixed-use commercial development Centre Square, in the heart of Middlesbrough.

The project includes stakeholder engagement and strategic liaison with Middlesbrough Borough Council (MBC) following a public consultation exercise and planning submission.

Communications of The Slate Yard development will also be managed by Roland Dransfield. The scheme, which is part of New Bailey, opens this summer, and is Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets’ (L&G’s) first Build to Rent scheme.

At the same time, Roland Dransfield has been appointed by independent luxury residential development and investment company Pineview Property Group, to work with them on a media relations brief.

The London-based developer is bringing a range of refurbished and new build residential schemes to market in the home counties and south east of England.

An intensive media relations and digital campaign will also be carried out by Roland Dransfield, geared towards raising the profile of Skipton-based Rural Solutions.

Rural Solutions is the only UK-based professional services company working exclusively in the rural sector to deliver responsible and sustainable rural development and planning. The company’s 35-strong team provides support and advice to landowners to help them adapt and develop their landed and property assets.

Following a strategic review, Roland Dransfield have also been re-appointed by leading real estate investment manager PATRIZIA UK for two separate campaigns to support the First Street estate in Manchester.

The first is to deliver a consumer facing campaign to support all estate-wide activity working closely with the estate management team at CBRE. In a separate contract, Roland Dransfield has also been appointed by PATRIZIA UK and GMPVF to provide PR and social media support for No8 First Street, the 170,000sq. ft. Grade A office space currently under construction and due to complete in Autumn 2017.

Caroline added: “Roland Dransfield has earnt an enviable reputation for its expertise in delivering effective communications for the property sector over the 20 plus years we have been in business.

“We continue to build on this expertise with new ways of communicating with the market as techniques for marketing a place, scheme or property business fundamentally change.

“Roland Dransfield has always been at the forefront of delivering content which is compelling, engaging and directly relevant to a property audience and we believe these new client wins demonstrate that expertise.

“We are all incredibly proud of the part Roland Dransfield has played in successfully supporting our clients’ projects and look forward to continuing to play a part in the success of the property sector through these new relationships.”
