Independent Growth Finance delivers £350K facility to Branagan Flooring Services Ltd
IGF, the leading commercial finance provider for SMEs, has recently delivered a £350,000 invoice finance funding line to Manchester-based Branagan Flooring Services Ltd, a firm of professional commercial flooring contractors with over 30 years’ experience in providing quality flooring services to the public and private sector.
After successfully winning contracts for several large projects nationwide, Branagan sought a new financier to support the company’s growth. Having been unable to receive funding against its total sales ledger, Branagan needed a partner that would afford it the headroom it needed to grow. By obtaining these funds through IGF, Branagan has been able to expand its workforce and sustain its day-to-day cashflow.
Kate Branagan, Company Director at Branagan Flooring Services Ltd, said:
“Our previous financier couldn’t provide us with the funds we needed to support our growth, so we looked elsewhere for support. We found IGF to be an approachable and understanding lender that was willing to take the time to understand our particular needs. The service provided by IGF was both personable and quick, and we now have the funds we need to grow sustainably.”
Aman Gill, Regional Sales Director at Independent Growth Finance, adds: “By nature, the flooring industry is quite contractual and these payment habits can create a shortfall in actual funds available and act as a barrier to growth for firms in this sector. We understand the challenges these businesses face, and are delighted to provide Branagan with the helping hand it needed to realise its ambitions and facilitate a number of exciting new projects.”
