Work underway on £26m Liverpool waterfront scheme
Work is now underway on a multi-million pound residential development located within Liverpool’s UNESCO World Heritage waterfront.
The project, being delivered by Merseyside-based Primesite Developments Ltd, will transform a previously disused office complex into Strand Plaza – a £26m residential scheme offering views over the city’s famous Three Graces.
Primesite acquired the property in January this year and will soon carry out a full internal conversion and façade treatment.
Once complete, Strand Plaza will comprise a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Permitted development rights are in currently in place for 109 units, but Primesite hopes to secure planning consent to take that number to over 130.
Preparatory work has begun on site, which has already been cleaned and soft stripped.
Work on Strand Plaza is due for completion in March 2018.
