£1 Property Sells for over £60K at Great North Property Auction
The results are in for our latest Great North Property Auction. The auction was held on Tuesday 4th April at Ramside Hall Hotel and saw the sale of 48 lots raising an outstand £4,520,250.
Among the properties sold at auction were:
10 Findon Hill, Sacriston - A 2 bedroom terraced house, in need of full modernisation, with a starting price of just £1 received 93 viewings and sold for an impressive £63,000.
3 Darlington Road, Durham - Selling for £133,000, this 3 bedroom semi-detached house achieved £13,000 above its starting price.
4 Cliffe Court, Whitley Bay - A 2 bedroom flat with beautiful sea views sold for £114,000, £69,050 over its starting price of £44,950.
