Leaders to benefit from online learning and webinars

After years of providing high-level leadership and development training to top brands across the world, Leading Results is responding to technological advances in the training and development sector to offer online learning forums and webinars in addition to its physical courses.

The company already offers online, live, trainer-led virtual learning to clients who struggle to bring large numbers of delegates together for a traditional course. The new offer will go further than this to reach beyond Leading Results’ current client base, as it will be easily accessible via www.leadingresults.co.uk and Leading Results’ social media channels.

Beginning in May, Leading Results will commence the arduous task of transitioning a high percentage of its traditional classroom training assets to its virtual online platform. The company is also welcoming any requests for webinar topics from individuals interested in developing their leadership skills.

Leading Results’ directors, Anita Douglas and Doreen Yarnold, have been leading the project.

Anita says: “Leading Results were well ahead of the curve in developing and delivering e-learning when it first came onto the scene all those years ago. Over the past five years, this arm of the Leading Results training offer has established itself as a key component of our ‘blended learning’ approach.

“Expanding our offer to individuals outside of our current client base through our website, social media channels and webinars means we can train individuals and teams far more expediently and cost effectively, without the complex logistics usually involved in traditional classroom training.”

The first webinar to be hosted by Leading Results will be on ‘Effective Influencing’ on Wednesday 3rd May, running from 9.30am to 10.15am.
