Manchester’s Select Property Group opens new China office
Manchester-headquartered property firm Select Property Group has announced the opening of a new office in Beijing, its third in the region.
The company, which already operates in Singapore and Shanghai, said its Beijing base will serve as an investor sales office for the group while also acting as a sales office for its Vita Student accommodation brand.
The Beijing office is located in the city’s World Financial Center.
Discussing the expansion, Select chief exec Mark Stott said: “Across the business our aim is to understand our customers so we can ensure we are constantly striving to exceed their expectations, whether that’s our investors or the people that live with us.
“Our Beijing office will allow us to service more of our clients and customers in the region and is a natural step in our Asian expansion.”
The company said around 50% of its customers are Chinese.
Following the office launch, Select now operates a presence in Manchester, London, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing.
