Pine Court appoints new Chair of the Board

Pine Court Housing Association is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Musa as the new Chair of the Board.

Paul, who is currently the Chief Executive at North West Training Council, has served Pine Court Housing Association as an independent Board member since 2011 and also serves as a Board member for The Sovini Group.

He succeeds Philip Leong, who was named ‘Board member of the year’ and ‘Positive Role Model for Race, Religion & Faith’ during his time on the Board.

Paul saidI joined Pine Court as I wanted to play an active role in the future of social housing in Liverpool as part of a forward thinking organisation who cares for their customers.

During my first year as Chair, I look forward to supporting the organisation in maintaining their high levels of customer satisfaction, developing their small, dedicated staff team and continuing to increase the number of affordable new homes in Merseyside
