Leeds Valley Park fully let following latest CBRE deal
Leeds Valley Park, which is situated at the intersection of the M1 and M621 motorways and approximately three miles from Junction 29 of the M62 motorway, is now fully let.
Acting on behalf of Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC and XLB Property, CBRE’s Leeds office agency team secured a final letting of 4,880 sq ft at the business park to an existing occupier.
XLB and Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC acquired three buildings at Leeds Valley Park in December 2014 as part of a larger UK portfolio from Goodman. At purchase, the Park’s vacancy rate stood at 34%.
The latest deal follows on from a recent letting to Lowell in October 2016, which leased an additional 45,647 sq ft of offices within the Darwin Building. Lowell already occupied the Ellington House Building at the business park.
Jonathan Shires, senior director of office agency at CBRE’s Leeds office, said: “We are delighted to confirm full tenancy at Leeds Valley Park, a huge success story for XLB and Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC.
“The strategic location combined with high quality Grade A office accommodation and excellent connectivity to the region’s transport network, makes Leeds Valley Park the ideal location for businesses.
“The recent lettings success demonstrates the continued demand for good quality office space within the Leeds City Region.”
CBRE and Savills acted for XLB Property and Harbert Management Corporation (Europe).
