New retail units to let in North Ormesby, Middlesbrough.

New retail opportunities in Middlesbrough hit the market

Dodds Brown, the Teesside-based independent commercial property consultants, has been appointed to market two new retail units in North Ormesby, Middlesbrough.

The newly built ground floor units, of 1,830 sq ft and 1,520 sq ft, are located adjacent to North Ormesby Health Village and opposite North Ormesby Market Place, where a twice weekly market takes place.

The Health Village is one of the largest primary care developments in the North East and was developed as part of a local regeneration project.

Richard Wilson, senior associate partner at Dodds Brown, said: “These new shops would suit a variety of uses, subject to planning, but a health and well-being based business would make good sense with the proximity of the Health Village.”

The units are ready for fit out and are available on a three or five year lease, with quoting rents of £10,900 per annum exclusive for Unit 1 and £10,600 per annum exclusive for Unit 2.

Both units will qualify for small business rate relief.

From its offices in Middlesbrough, Dodds Brown LLP is the largest independent commercial property surveying practice headquartered on Teesside.

The company has been trading for more than 125 years and its senior management team has in excess of 100 years combined experience.
