Saracen Interiors targets North West growth with MediaCityUK move
Workplace consultant Saracen Interiors is looking to grow its business in the North West with a new office at MediaCityUK.
The London-headquartered company said the move into Greater Manchester comes in response to the area’s “thriving” property market and a “strong demand” for office space from local businesses.
Tracing its roots back to the South East, in the last decade Saracen has spread across the whole of the UK.
The company achieved particular growth in Yorkshire, where recent contracts have included work for Sirius Minerals Plc at the former Scarborough Building Society building.
In the North West, Saracen is keen to develop new relationships and become a prominent fixture on the region’s commercial property scene.
Michael Page, Saracen Interiors director, said: “The Manchester property market is thriving at the moment with good quality stock and a strong demand from businesses for office space.
“We are keen to capitalise on the period of strong growth and progression that we, as a company, are enjoying and to create a strong profile for ourselves in the North.”
He continued: “Manchester and the North West provide the ideal base as both the city and the region are undergoing an economic expansion and should continue to attract major investment that will result in continued development activity.
“We’re looking forward and there are are exciting times ahead - for Manchester and for Saracen - so it really is the best place for us to be.”
