Work begins on Whitburn luxury homes development
Tolent Living have begun work on a new development in Whitburn that is set to bring five new luxury homes to the area by early next year.
The developer is delivering the homes, which have been designed by Fitz Architects, on behalf of Stella Property Investments on a site off Church Lane that sits within the Whitburn conservation area.
Work has now begun to clear the site so that construction on the new five bedroom homes, which will all be for sale, can get underway ahead of their expected February 2018 completion date.
Andy McLeod, Tolent Living’s Managing Director said: “We are looking forward to delivering our first development for Stella Property Investments. Tolent Living are passionate about delivering quality projects and this development will be no exception”
Michael Orr, Director Stella Property Investments added: “We are delighted to have secured Tolent Living as the Building Contractor, not only a quality contractor but a Company strong in community engagement. The site has lain dormant and neglected for a number of years and together we look forward to integrating the site back into the village.”
Local estate agents Michael Hodgson and Colin Lilley are now jointly marketing the new properties.
