Tech recruitment firm appointed to double workforce of Sheffield telematics company

Affecto, the technology recruitment firm, has been appointed to help The Floow double its technical workforce over the coming months.

The new partnership follows on from a period of growth for the telematics company which recently announced that it had received a £13m equity investment boost.

The move will see Affecto Recruitment continue its long-standing partnership with The Floow on a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) basis in order to deliver its 2017 recruitment strategy; making an additional 40 – 60 new technical hires.

The announcement follows a record quarter for Affecto, with sales up in excess of 200% on the same period last year.

Founded in 2014 by Daniel Koseoglu, Affecto is a corporate sponsor of Sheffield Digital which is dedicated to supporting the businesses and people operating within the city’s digital industries.

Affecto also contributes to a wide range of technical meet ups and forums throughout the Sheffield region.
