IAM Sold Raise Over £11 Million in Sales at Latest West Midlands Property Auction
We have the results for our latest West Midlands Property Auction. The auction, held on Thursday 27th April at Molineux Stadium, achieved an 80% success rate selling 83 of the 104 lots available. Altogether an outstanding £11,376,650 was raised in sales.
Among the properties sold at auction were:
187 Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield - A 6 bedroom semi-detached house, in need of refurbishment, sold for an impressive £365,000 and received 20 viewings.
163 Yew Tree Lane, Wolverhampton - Selling for £182,000, this 3 bedroom semi-detached house achieved £22,000 above its starting price.
Fairfield, Burgs Lane, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury - A 5 bedroom detached period house, with generous gardens and a former coach house, sold for £350,000, £25,000 over its starting price of £325,000.
