Ixis wins deal with Blue Prism

Digital agency Ixis has been appointed to provide web development support to Blue Prism, the world’s leading provider of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software.

The North-West-based agency will be responsible for all aspects of ongoing development, project management and consultancy as the company looks to revamp its existing website, which is built using the open source Drupal framework.

A pioneer of Robotic Process Automation, Blue Prism’s software helps employees to focus on higher-value work while autonomous multi-skilled robots perform error-free rules-based administration transactions.

The organisation is currently running a Drupal platform, which provides customers with an online portal for accessing software updates, manuals and other requirements. This platform involves a number of separate logins and third-party services, which Ixis will help to integrate into a single sign-on system to improve overall customer experience and information management.
