Moneyway receives Feefo Gold Award
Motor finance provider Moneyway has received the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for its outstanding service to customers.
The Trusted Service award recognises those businesses that receive consistently strong customer feedback. Feefo collates the data and rates reviews out of 5 stars, awarding accolades to those with excellent customer service.
Moneyway received the gold accolade for its product offering, which consistently received a service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0, which was averaged out from more than 50 reviews taken between January 1st 2016 and December 31st 2016. This accreditation remains unique as all the awards are based purely on the interactions with verified customers.
Stewart Cox, Commercial Director at Moneyway, said: “We take pride in ensuring our clients and customers get the best service possible, and having a team of great people delivering exceptional service every day helps to make this possible. We are constantly reassessing our strategy by listening and responding to our clients’ and customers’ needs and this year, we’re looking to enhance our product range and service even further with a number of exciting improvements planned.
Andrew Mabbutt, CEO at Feefo, said: “We would like to offer our congratulations to all the winners of this year’s Feefo Trusted Service award. We are so proud that so many businesses are putting customer service first. We have been working closely with all our customers to build trust and transparency online, and ultimately helping shoppers buy with confidence and make better decisions.”
Feefo collects genuine, purchase-verified reviews on behalf of over 3,000 businesses. It ensures that all feedback is authentic by matching it to a legitimate transaction in order to combat the rising issue of fake reviews.
