Healthy eating concept to launch at MediaCityUK

MediaCityUK is preparing to welcome the launch of its first healthy eating concept.

Healthy fast food cafe Nutri Bar will be located on The Splat in front of The Greenhouse, where it will serve nutritious breakfasts and lunches customised with a choice of bases, proteins, toppings and dressings.

While the company already has a venue in Bolton, but the MediaCityUK eatery will serve as Nutri Bar’s flagship site.

The cafe will have dine-in seating for around 18 people and a takeaway option.

Nutri Bar owner Ollie Birchall said: “Our aim is to make it easier for people to buy genuinely healthy food, on-the-go, at a reasonable price. We want to make healthy food exciting, enjoyable and, above all, tasty.

“The healthy eating concept has grown in popularity in recent years and we are excited to bring it to the people of MediaCityUK.”

Nutri Bar will launch this Monday (May 15) and be open on weekdays from 7.30am to 3pm.

Gemma Luty, MediaCityUK’s property asset manager, commented: “MediaCityUK is an ideal location for Nutri Bar as there is already an appetite for healthy options, fuelled by fitness clubs and gym classes happening nearby, plus a wealth of office workers looking to make healthy choices without compromising on taste.

“We are always looking to diversify our food and drink offer here and the healthy eating concept is something we are keen to promote, so we look forward to bringing Nutri Bar on board.”
