Manchester agent Ascend Properties expands with Liverpool branch
Manchester sales and lettings agent Ascend Properties is expanding its North West footprint.
The company plans to open a Liverpool branch after experiencing a strong demand for its services in the area.
Ascend’s second office will be located on Old Haymarket, off Victoria Street in the city centre.
Founded in 2014, the firm has since grown into a nationwide agent managing more than 1,500 properties. That figure is forecast to rise by 50 every month once the Liverpool branch is fully operational.
Ascend already operates in the Liverpool market, managing 39 units in the West Africa House development and a further 13 in Linnet Mansion, a property near Sefton Park.
Ged McPartlin, director of Ascend Properties, said: “We’re so proud to have been able to launch this new branch right in the centre of Liverpool.
“Our team have worked tirelessly to build our reputation and we believe it’s testament to our level of hard work. We’re looking forward to launching in a brand new city which will no doubt bring a lot of exciting new opportunities for us as a business.”
He added: “We’ve already got a team present who have been working on our Liverpool units for some months now and this is only continuing to grow as the new branch opens.”
Ged, originally from Liverpool, continued: “I’m delighted to be able to open up a branch in my hometown as it means a lot to me personally.
“Liverpool is such an exciting city for property at the moment and it was really only a matter of time before we set up an office here.”
Ascend’s Liverpool branch will open this month.
