Four new street food vendors land at Trinity Leeds
Four new street food vendors have joined the culinary line-up at Trinity Leeds, offering shoppers a taste of the Orient, Caribbean and US.
For the next eight weeks, Bang Wok Thai, Chaat Cart, Thai Khrim and Jenny’s Jerk Chicken will be serving up dishes at the shopping centre’s Trinity Kitchen.
In addition to the four newcomers, What the Truck has agreed to stay on at the complex for a further eight weeks.
Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “Summer is almost here so it’s time for a switch-up at Trinity Kitchen.”
“It’s exciting when the time comes to bring in a new selection of street food vendors and we’ve had such positive feedback.”
He added: “We’re lucky enough to have some of the most popular vendors return for what will be a busy time in the centre, through the bank holiday and half term.”
Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks to offer visitors a more vibrant selection of restaurants, bars and street food vans.
The new arrivals will remain at Trinity Kitchen until July 9.
