Another excellent auction for IAM Sold as May’s Lancashire Event Achieves 85% Success Rate
The results are in for our latest North West Property Auction - Lancashire. The auction, held on Thursday 11th May at Village Urban Resort, Bury, achieved an impressive 85% success rate selling 44 of the 52 lots available. Altogether the event raised over £3.6 Million in sales.
Among the properties sold at auction were:
Heathfield Farm, Plodder Lane, Bolton - A 3 bedroom detached farmhouse on a generous plot of land sold for an impressive £303,000, £83,000 over its starting price!
68 Calvert Road, Great Lever, Bolton - Selling for £61,000, this 3 bedroom terraced house achieved over £21K above its starting price and received 49 viewings.
9 Welford Street, Salford - A 2 bedroom terraced house in Salford Student Village, sold for £129,000, £29,000 over its starting price of £200,000.
