Stockport recruiter Madison Medical set for £4m turnover after doubling workforce

Medical recruitment company Madison Medical Professionals is on track to boost its turnover by almost £750k.

The Stockport-based company has forecast sales to rise from £3.28m to £4m in 2017 after working with support services provider Business Growth Hub.

Madison Medical offers recruitment services for general practices, hospitals, prisons and other related organisations.

Following the Business Growth Hub support, the company managed to secure sole supplier status with four major clients and a two-year contract on the National Clinical NHS Framework.

The firm also doubled its workforce by hiring a recruitment consultant, a finance manager and quality manager Vicki Lord.

Business Growth Hub advisor Michael Hayes supported Madison Medical in planning for future growth, helping the company develop a new mission, vision and values.

Further, Madison Medical’s management team attended a range of Hub masterclasses to improve the overall skills and knowledge of the company’s workforce.
