David Wilson Homes set to provide new homes, jobs and community benefits in Hampshire
Up to 300 jobs are set to be supported in Hampshire with the start of a brand new development in Whitchurch from David Wilson Homes. The five star housebuilder is set to start work at Mill Springs providing a significant economic boost to the local area in terms of jobs and improvements to local facilities. Not only will the development provide valuable new homes but in addition, a boost to the economy through employment opportunities for local tradespeople and subcontractors. Sales director Michelle Storer said: “We know that those who move to our developments are likely to spend the money they earn in local shops and on nearby services, so it’s not only the jobs market here that will see the positive effects of these new homes.” At Mill Springs, David Wilson Homes is set to build 100 homes offering a range of two, three, four and five bedroom houses. “We’re delighted to be working in the area and the introduction of our new development will have a positive impact on the local communities here,” added Michelle. “Not only does it mean an increase in the number of much-needed homes, the local economy is benefitting too.” To register your interest in the new development visit www.dwh.co.uk.
