Infrastructure design consultancy completes move to South Parade in Leeds city centre
SCP, the specialist transportation planning and infrastructure design consultancy, has relocated its Leeds office to 10 South Parade (10SP) in the city centre.
The company has taken a 2,700 sq ft ground floor office suite on a new 10-year lease, joining existing tenants that include Armstrong Watson, Lockton Insurance and Xafinity Consulting.
10SP is Wilton Development’s flagship Grade A office building on South Parade.
Jason Stowe, managing director of Leeds-based Wilton Developments, said: “We are delighted that SCP selected 10SP for their new Leeds office. The letting, secured in the face of competition from other buildings, is testament to the quality of space offered at 10SP.”
David Young, director at SCP, added: “We are excited by our move to 10SP, it is the right location for a growing consultancy, it shows our commitment to the Leeds City Region and will help us be a part of that growth. The building quality reflects the quality of service we seek to provide to our clients”
10SP is a 36,000 sq ft Grade A office building, prominently located on the corner of East Parade and South Parade.
Following the letting to SCP, 10SP now offers a final remaining suite of 5,600 sq ft that is presently undergoing an extensive refurbishment.
Robin Beagley, partner at letting agents WSB, commented: “10SP is an exceptional office building situated right in the heart of Leeds’ business district.
“Following the swift letting to SCP, secured only weeks after bringing the suite to the market, we are confident that the final suite will prove equally appealing to occupiers.”
Joint agents WSB Property Consultants and Knight Frank represented the landlord’s Asset Manager, Wilton Developments in brokering the letting to SCP.
SCP were represented by Tenant Advisory Group.
