Dulux Decorator Centre secures 6000 sq ft unit in Salford
Decorators’ merchant Dulux Decorator Centre has revealed plans to relocate its Salford trade counter after securing new space on Regents Road.
The firm, which is currently based on Liverpool Street, has signed up for a larger, 6,000 sq ft unit at the Red Rose Centre.
Dulux Decorator Centre, which has over 180 stores across the UK, will join several other home improvement and DIY retailers at the development, including Screwfix and Topps Tiles.
The company was represented by property consultants JLL.
Rapleys acted for Red Rose operator Brewers Decorating Centres.
JLL surveyor Robert Kos said: “The Red Rose Centre is a hub for home improvement and DIY trade, which is well placed on one of the main arterial routes into Manchester City Centre, making it perfect for Dulux Decorator Centre.
“The business will enjoy a daily traffic count of more than 40k vehicles at its new premises, with easy access to major A roads and motorways.”
