Railway contractor acquires space at Runcorn’s Wellfield Business Park
Railway contractor Wentworth House Rail Systems Ltd has acquired new space in Runcorn.
The company signed a five-year lease for a 6,175 sq ft, two-storey office building at Wellfield Business Park after outgrowing its former base.
Wentworth House provides overhead line design and consultancy services for the rail sector.
Altus Eileen Bilton, the Warrington-based property agency, let Unit 2 at the scheme to Wentworth House on behalf of Birmingham-based Blue Marble Asset Management.
Following the deal, Blue Marble will continue to manage Unit 2 for of one of its investor clients.
Amy Haywood, senior property and asset manager for Blue Marble, said: “We are delighted to have agreed terms with Wentworth House Rail Systems.
“They are strong company with a good covenant. Unit 2 is a good office building which has undoubtedly benefited from it refurbishment.”
He added: “I’d like to thank Altus Eileen Bilton for their work as the building was empty for only five months.”
Wellfield Business Park is located on on the A56, near Junction 11 of the M56.
