VR on the horizon as Manchester’s Dreamr targets £1m turnover
App development agency Dreamr is set to pull in a record seven-figure revenue following a year of growth.
The Manchester-based firm, which said it has doubled in size during the last eight months, is on track to turn over £1m in 2017.
Founded in 2014, Dreamr creates iOS and Android apps for entrepreneurs and enterprises.
The firm recently moved to a 3,000 sq ft office space in St James Square, Manchester, to accommodate its expanding team.
Dreamr currently employs 23 staff, but the firm plans to grow further in the year ahead with a new focus on adding virtual reality to its core services.
The company also plans to research and develop artificial intelligence.
Dreamr CEO Mylo Kaye said: “The road to success has not always been an easy one but in the last 12 months the business has really gone from strength to strength.
“We have grown organically and we are focused on creating the most innovative and thought-provoking apps in the world.”
He added: “Our incredibly talented team will be instrumental in helping to take the business to the next level and I am very excited for what lays ahead.”
