Webhelp Wins Gold at Contact Centre World Awards
Leading global customer experience and business process outsourcing company, Webhelp, is celebrating adding another gong to its trophy cabinet with the announcement that Gerhard Landy won Gold at the recent Contact Centre World Awards in London.
Gerhard, who works for Webhelp in South Africa, secured his title of Best Project Manager in the EMEA round of the awards and now goes forward to the main event in October, which includes the winners from North and South America and Asia Pacific.
David Turner, CEO of Webhelp UK, South Africa and India, said: “I am proud that Gerhard has received this recognition for his outstanding work for Webhelp this year. Being judged against his peers across this region, which encompasses Europe and South Africa, highlights just how good the quality of our people in South Africa is.
“I am delighted that Gerhard will be flying the Webhelp flag at the global awards in London later this year and I am looking forward to joining in more celebrations then!
“This has been a phenomenal period for Webhelp. New acquisitions, new clients and the introduction of global investment group KKR as our major shareholders has really propelled us onto new heights. It is fantastic to see that our reputation for delivering quality work for our clients across our estate is developing at the same pace.”**
