Linwood School – 360 VR walk through tour & Ivor Goodsite visit
On Friday 5th May 2017, the students of Linwood School had the chance to experience first-hand a virtual reality tour of their future two storey building. The pioneering collaboration of Modulek LTD and “footprintarchitects” offered to the students an innovative VR 360 tour of the forthcoming modular school building of Linwood School in Bournemouth. Modulek LTD had also organised a big surprise for the kids just after their VR experience – Ivor Goodsite visited their school and along with Andy Miller, Site Supervisor of Modulek LTD, the students had the chance to go through a Q&A game of how their new modular school building is constructed. We would like to thank Mr Peter Ward, Director of the Bournemouth-based architectural practice “footprintarchitects” for their innovative VR 360 walkthrough tour. Furthermore, we would like to thank Mrs Anita Ellis, Client Project Manager – Bournemouth Borough Council, Mrs Julie Jeanes, Headteacher of Linwood School, and Mrs Sue James, Assistant Headteacher, who led the assembly.
Together we build the future of education!
