JV unveils plans to deliver new homes development in Eccleshill, Bradford

Plans for a brand new residential development in Eccleshill, Bradford, have been unveiled.

Hutton Hall is a housing scheme with planning permission for 29 new homes on a site located off Victoria Road, in the centre of Eccleshill.

The scheme comprises a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom properties with gardens and private parking.

The development is a joint venture between Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments.

Construction has already commenced on site to deliver the first phase of 10 three-bedroom properties with completion expected by the end of the year.

Andrew Foggitt,development director at Gregory Property Group, commented: “We’re excited to be starting on site at Hutton Hall, which is set to deliver much needed new homes for Eccleshill.

Preston Baker Land and New Homes has been appointed to market the development.
