Regus selects prominent waterfront scheme for third Liverpool business centre
International workspace provider Regus has unveiled plans to launch its third Liverpool business centre.
The facility will occupy over 10,000 sq ft at 1 Mann Island, part of the wider Mann Island scheme that overlooks the city’s historic waterfront.
More than 150 workstations will be made available at the centre, in addition to flexible working options such as co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms and over 60 different sized offices.
Regus’ UK CEO, Richard Morris, said: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world.
“The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.”
He continued: “We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
Regus currently operates two business centres in Liverpool; in Horton House at Exchange Flags and on Derby Square.
The Mann Island site will open its door this autumn.
