Businesses benefit from brand new office space in Saddleworth

A block of 16 new offices has been officially opened in Saddleworth. The new workspace has been created at Saddleworth Business Centre, on Huddersfield Road, Oldham, which is owned by flexible business space provider, BizSpace. The space totals more than 5,000 square feet and is suitable for a wide variety of business types. Offices range in size from accommodating two to four staff, up to suites which are suitable for 10 people. The three-month renovation project also saw the replacement of the entire roof at the centre, which is already home to 60 offices and industrial units. “We’ve worked hard to make the new offices bright and attractive, as well as being designed with the needs of local businesses in mind,” business centre manager, Kevin Cavanaugh, said. “We anticipate that they will be snapped up quickly, and we were already giving viewings as the paint on the walls was barely dry!” Saddleworth Business Centre is set in an attractive, rural location close to the river, and offers an on-site café and specialist coffee shop, as well as a large car park. A meeting room is also available for hire by the day or hour. BizSpace is known as ‘the place small businesses call home’ and specialises in supporting start-ups and microbusinesses. Commercial director at BizSpace, Emma Long, added: “The new business space looks fantastic and our team has done a great job planning the space and completing the work to a really high standard. “It means our Saddleworth site will become even more of a hive of industry in the area, which is great news for the local business community as well as the town’s economy.” For more information call Kevin on 0161 205 8664 or see BizSpace.co.uk.
