Grant Fieldhouse announced as newest tenant at York Place in Leeds city centre
Grant Fieldhouse, the specialist property consultancy, is set to become the new tenant of an office at York Place in Leeds city centre.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the 900 sq ft, ground floor office on a five-year lease.
Nick Exley, landlord of the building, said: “I am delighted to have Grant Fieldhouse as the new tenant at York Place; an ever-popular part of the city for local businesses. Sanderson Weatherall provided a great service whilst securing this letting for me.”
