Chester-based data management firm Data8 makes second acquisition
Data quality management company Data8 Limited has acquired direct marketing agency Box Data Limited.
Chester-based Data8 said the deal will enhance its footprint in the financial, utility and medical industries.
As part of the transaction, Box Data managing director Andrew Wood has joined the firm’s business development team.
Data8 MD Antony Allen said: “I am delighted to welcome Box Data with its valued customers and partners to Data8.
“This strategic acquisition comes leading up to our 12th anniversary and marks a key step in Data8’s expansion in the UK, Andrew brings a wealth of experience in data services working with large corporate clients and will be a great addition to our commercial team.”
The deal follows on from Data8’s acquisition of data cleansing services provider CNM.
