Anderson Beverage & Co acquires 15,800 sq ft warehouse in Washington
Anderson Beverage & Co, the Seaham-based supplier of dispensed soft drinks, has acquired a 15,800 sq ft warehouse in Crowther Industrial Estate in Washington, Tyne And Wear.
The warehouse, which is located on the corner of Tilley Road, was sold freehold to the beverage company by property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall, which acted on behalf of Ronan Engineering.
Darren Naylor, industrial agent at Sanderson Weatherall, commented: “This is a fantastic warehouse and we are delighted to have secured the sale for Ronan Engineering.
“With such excellent transport links, we are seeing a huge amount of demand for both leasehold and freehold properties in the Washington area, and hope to see more deals in the near future as a result of that.”
Washington is located close to the A1, and of equal distance from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Durham and Sunderland.
