Futurestep boosts regional presence with two strategic hires in the UK and Austria
The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organisational advisory firm, today announced two new hires to strengthen company’s presence in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
James Peskett joins as a Managing Consultant in the EMEA Search Consumer Practice. Based in London, James will continue to build Futurestep’s image in the UK market, working to strengthen the company’s consumer products proposition. Andreas Perklitsch joins as a Managing Consultant in the EMEA Search Life Sciences Practice. Andreas will work to boost Futurestep’s presence in the German and Austrian markets, and will drive expansion in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors across the region.

Peskett brings over 10 years’ experience recruiting within consumer products for a range of clients across food and beverage, packaging, personal care, and the broader fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. Prior to joining Futurestep, he worked at a boutique executive search firm where he was responsible for their global consumer practice. Perklitsch’s project expertise lies in the fields of biotech, pharmaceuticals, medtech, diagnostics, and healthcare management and with focus on executive and expert positions. He adds more than 25 years of international experience in General Management and professional HR services.
