Burger chain Five Guys launches at Liverpool ONE
Burger chain Five Guys has opened its new Liverpool ONE restaurant.
Located on The Terrace, the 5,000 sq ft venue has space for 175 guests with outdoor seating available overlooking nearby Chavasse Park.
The restaurant was created by leisure-focused design studio Blacksheep.
Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe, the investment giant behind LiverpooL ONE, said: “Five Guys has seen great success in the UK since launching and is a fantastic addition to our line-up of international brands.
“They will benefit from the very high footfall that The Terrace attracts due to its great varied leisure offer, central location, and views over the park, as well as all the outdoor events we are hosting at Liverpool ONE for the summer.”
Five Guys’ head of property, Neville Maling, commented: “Liverpool ONE is such a busy, vibrant location.
“This latest site is a prime position for us within the North West and helps to further expand our brand presence at one of the key retail and leisure destinations in the UK.”
The launch of Five Guys follows a series of key openings at Liverpool ONE, including Californian cosmetics company Urban Decay and global lifestyle and fashion brand GUESS.
Liverpool ONE was represented in the deal by agents Metis Real Estate Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. Central Retail acted for Five Guys.
