CapitalRise reveals leafy Hampshire residential scheme for its largest raise yet

Property investment platform CapitalRise has launched its latest investment drive this week with what is the largest raise yet on the platform.

The platform is looking to raise £1.35m for a development of luxury homes in leafy Hampshire in what is the first raise of its kind on the platform.

Hampshire-based developers Alfred Homes will be overseeing construction of the “Woodhill” development offering two, three bedroom houses and ten four bedroom homes designed by architect Andrew Smith.

The latest investment opportunity builds upon the £4.2m that has already been raised on CapitalRise in the last ten months, where it has arranged funds across a number of deals for developers of prime real estate.

Following the launch of its latest investment, Uma Rajah, CEO of CapitalRise commented: “The residential real estate market offers opportunities for shrewd investors across the country and not just in London.

We are thrilled to be offering a prime development in Hampshire to everyday investors wanting to invest via the CapitalRise platform.

We’ve raised more than £4.2m to date and expect the next deal to close quickly, particularly with the opportunity to generate tax-free returns via our Innovative Finance ISA, and to transfer in ISAs from other providers, which customers have told us they really want.“

Completion of the project is expected by the end of 2018 and will offer CapitalRise investors returns of 10.5% from a minimum investment of £1,000.
