New HQ for IT support providers ITC Service Ltd

North East based IT support company ITC Service Ltd have recently relocated from Washington to their new premises at Monkton Business Park, South Tyneside. This is a small move geographically but marks the continued growth and success of the company over the last 11 years.

Formed in 2006, ITC now manage a portfolio of over 400 companies in the North East from a diverse range of sectors. Technical Director Christopher Potts reflects on the success and expansion of the company:

“We support a vast range of businesses, from international manufacturers to schools, engineering companies, law firms, dental practitioners, printers and hotels. Each company is equally important to us, regardless of size. We always go the extra mile and ensure that our clients have the IT infrastructure they require. Data protection, IT security and system performance are paramount for businesses to function effectively and we ensure we manage this, allowing our clients to do what they do best – running their business”.

ITC Service has grown organically, based on customer referrals, personal recommendations and always delivering a high-quality service. The location of the new HQ in Monkton as well as the existing satellite base in Cramlington allows quick and easy access to all parts of the North-East region. This ensures ITC engineers can be on-site within an hour if issues cannot be dealt with remotely, ensuring IT never holds any business back.

Managing Director Peter Anderson adds “We take great pride in the long-term relationships we forge with our clients; understanding their businesses and meeting their specific individual IT needs. Providing an honest, reliable and transparent service has made us successful to date and we don’t plan on changing our values”.

ITC Service Ltd offer businesses monthly IT support packages, infrastructure design, cloud solutions, Office 365, hosted telecoms, security solutions and website design. Offering a fully manged installation and support service for all aspects of business technology.

The new HQ accommodates the existing team of 23 staff including expert IT engineers, team co-ordinators, account managers and clerical staff. There is now a dedicated apprenticeship department and also the capacity for further growth through the employment of additional technical engineers.

This is an exciting time for ITC Service Ltd with the company set to grow further in 2017 and beyond.
