Wealth manager Elite Synergy signs up at Liverpool Waters
Liverpool wealth management firm Elite Synergy is moving into a new waterfront HQ.
The company will relocate from the Cotton Exchange on Bixteth Street to the multi-billion pound Liverpool Waters development, taking 4,500 sq ft on the third floor of No. 8 Princes Dock.
A five-storey office building, No. 8 recently underwent a refurbishment that saw landlord Peel collaborate with Chapman Taylor Architects, fit-out contractor Jenner and furniture company Form.
The scheme is currently home to estate agent Savills and professional services giants PwC and KPMG.
Elite Synergy’s offer includes payroll, commercial utility and insurance negotiation, finance and asset management, and advice on pensions, retirement and inheritance.
The firm’s director, Adam Bale, said: “We’ve been looking to move for a while and once we saw what was on offer at Liverpool Waters it didn’t take us long to make our decision.
“This move will give us more space to grow and develop as a team, all in the wonderful surroundings of the waterfront.”
Liza Marco, Liverpool Waters asset manager, commented: “This year has confirmed Liverpool Waters as the destination of choice for businesses looking for Grade A office space in Liverpool.
“Not only do we offer a tranquil setting in a city centre location, we also have plenty of on-site amenities including generous car parking allocations to cater for staff and visitors.
“There is so much more to come too with three new residential buildings and the new cruise terminal planned for Princes Dock, the Central Docks neighbourhood and the possibility of a state-of-the-art football stadium at Bramley Moore dock all making significant progress.”
Liverpool Waters was advised by CBRE on signing Elite Synergy.
