New phase of homes to launch at luxury Nunthorpe development due to high demand
David Wilson Homes North East has announced that a new phase of homes is set to launch at its popular Grey Towers Village development in Nunthorpe due to high demand, with just a few homes on the first phase remaining. The new phase consists of 26 three, four and five bedroom homes.
Amongst the new plots are the Bradgate and the Chelworth, both of which are four-bedroom homes. These plots are from the new range of homes from David Wilson and are some of the first of their kind in the country.
Steven Ball, Sales Manager at Grey Towers Village, commented: “The homes here have been in high demand since day one, so we’re really excited to be launching a new phase. The new range is stunning, so we would encourage buyers to visit the development and see the houses for themselves. Buyers here can also make use of our innovative Part Exchange scheme, which means there are no estate agents fees or chains, making the whole process much easier.”
