Liverpool FC sign Falken on multi-year deal
Liverpool FC have signed a new sponsorship deal with international tyre business Falken Tyres.
The multi-year agreement will make Falken the Reds’ global partner and official tyre partner.
As part of the deal, the company will tap into a range of marketing and promotional rights with the club, including pitchside LED and stadium branding, support across digital and social channels and access to players.
Billy Hogan, chief commercial officer and MD of LFC, said: “Falken has great synergy with the club, their focus on attitude and performance align nicely with the club’s values of ambition and commitment.
“We are proud to welcome Falken to the LFC family as a global partner and very much look forward to working together and bringing these values to life.”
Saturo Yamatomo, director and senior executive officer at Falken’s Japanese parent company Sumitomo Rubber Industries, commented: “We’re delighted to partner with a football club as prestigious as Liverpool FC.
“We both believe in an exciting future and we look forward to working together to reward and recognise our customers, as well as connecting with more fans across the world.”
He added: “We’re also pleased to reaffirm our commitment to supporting football, as we have done before, whilst building on our global strategy.”
