autoVHC achieves worldwide installation success across Jaguar Land Rover dealer network

Leading aftersales solution provider autoVHC has announced the installation of its vehicle health check software, autoVHC, in 38 markets for Jaguar Land Rover.

The milestone comes after the introduction of the software at a number of JLR sites across South America.

As a multi-lingual platform, autoVHC allows manufacturers and dealerships to establish a standardised process across their networks, delivering consistency of customer experience in-keeping with their preferred brand values.

Jaguar Land Rover’s deployment of autoVHC now spans five continents, with countries including France, Brazil and South Africa leading the number of site installations.

Chris Saunders, Business Unit Director at autoVHC, commented: “We have been working with Jaguar Land Rover for a number of years and we’re delighted to report that the vast majority of markets we targeted now have autoVHC installations.

“The key to this success is not only the strength of our partner network, which provides local language support and expertise in installation and training, but also the strong commitment of JLR to improving after sales processes across their sites worldwide.

“Vehicle health checks are a key way of developing customer relationships, improving business performance and gaining a leading edge over competitors. By implementing autoVHC in sites worldwide, JLR will be best-placed to boost sales and increase customer retention through a transparent and trusted system.”

Used primarily by technicians during the servicing process, autoVHC enables Red and Amber work to be identified, logged and presented to customers.

The latest version, which has been available to franchised dealers in international markets since early 2017, offers a number of key benefits for users, including a performance dashboard to enable managers to monitor activity within aftersales departments and the ability for checks to be completed and presented in differing languages.

Dealerships are able to configure their own targets and use these to evaluate business performance for metrics such as the average number of vehicle health checks performed, vehicle health check completion rate and the average percentage of Red work sold per vehicle health check.
