NEW WOODLAND FAIRYTALE WEDDING VENUE TAKES YORKSHIRE’S BREATH AWAY
• New addition to Huddersfield’s prestigious hotel and restaurant, the Woodman Inn
A new wedding venue at a highly regarded Yorkshire inn is wooing brides, grooms and guests from across the country with its idyllic setting and authentic woodland inspired finish. The magical venue forms part of the celebrated Woodman Inn, a prestigious 18th century country house situated in the foothills of the South Pennines.
Already recognised for its exceptional service, The Woodman Inn, based in the beautiful hamlet of Thunderbridge, Huddersfield, has made use of additional land to create a purpose built wedding venue. Taking inspiration from the woodland setting, The Woodman Inn appointed bespoke oak framed specialists, Paragon Oak, to create the unique extension.
Owners at The Woodman Inn, Graham and Craig Leslie commented: “We’re delighted with our new intimate and romantic venue which has been designed to provide the ideal setting for a woodland wedding. We chose Paragon Oak to design and build our venue because of their unrivalled expertise in providing the highest quality oak extensions for prestige and heritage properties. It was important that the new build tied the existing building and the setting seamlessly – creating a unique and special venue for couples looking to tie the knot in Yorkshire.”
Paul Brierley, Managing Director at Paragon Oak, added: “It is always a real pleasure to work on iconic Yorkshire properties, especially when they are set in areas of natural beauty, such as The Woodman Inn. Creating a new wedding space at this well regarded and historic inn gave us the opportunity to deliver an impressive build which met all of our client’s needs and aspirations”.
The Woodman Inn is just one of the many commercial and residential oak frame installations Paragon Oak has delivered in Yorkshire and throughout the country. To find out more about Paragon Oak and its innovative projects, please visit http://www.paragonoak.com/
