Qualtrics Named #6 on Forbes Cloud 100 List
Qualtrics, the leader in experience management software, today announced that it has been awarded number six on the prestigious Forbes 2017 Cloud 100 list, which can be seen in full here [https://www.forbes.com/cloud100/&refURL=&referrer=] This is an annual roster of the world’s top private companies leading the cloud technology revolution published by Forbes in collaboration with Bessemer Venture Partners.
Qualtrics ranked #12 on last year’s inaugural list and gained traction this year thanks to its rapid growth and the launch of its Experience Management or XM Platform™ in February 2017, which you can learn more about [https://www.qualtrics.com/what-is-experience-management/]. Qualtrics’ growth and the enormous opportunity the XM Platform presents led Qualtrics’ investors to reinvest in the company in an April 2017 $180M funding round at a $2.5B valuation.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as one of the top 10 private cloud companies in the world,” said Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics. “We are revolutionizing how organizations are managing the experiences they provide to their customers, employees and other key stakeholders. Qualtrics pioneered the experience management industry and this award is just one more indication of the impact the XM Platform is having by changing how organizations manage the experiences they provide.”
The Qualtrics XM Platform manages the four core experiences of business-customer, employee, product, and brand experience-on a single platform. The platform automatically analyzes these touchpoints, helping organizations uncover key business drivers, predict future customer needs, and retain employees and customers.
The recognition comes as many experience management luminaries such as JetBlue, BMW, and Home Depot have turned to Qualtrics for help growing their programs. It also follows the recent recognition by independent research firm Forrester, who named Qualtrics a leader in their recent The Forrester Wave™: Customer Feedback Management Platforms, Q2 2017 report.
Qualtrics was selected for the Cloud 100 award through a rigorous selection process involving hundreds of submissions from the top cloud startups and a panel of judges made up of a majority of public cloud company CEOs. The panel selected and ranked the top 100 companies globally based on four factors: market leadership (35%), estimated valuation (30%), operating metrics (20%), and people & culture (15%).
The Forbes 2017 Cloud 100 and 20 Rising Stars lists are published online at www.forbes.com/cloud100 and will appear in the July 27, 2017 issue of Forbes magazine.
