Developer New Charter Group appoints agents on £8m Stalybridge development
Family-run estate agent Taylor & Wood has been chosen as the lettings and management agent on the £8m Summers Quay development in Stalybridge.
The build-to-rent scheme from developer New Charter Group will comprise 22 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 2626 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
Taylor & Wood’s services for tenants of the development, which overlooks Armentieres Square, will include inspections of the residential units and communal areas and the management of deposits and site maintenance.
Claire Healey, of Taylor & Wood, said: “Being the chosen agent to let and manage these brand new luxury apartments in Stalybridge is exciting and are looking forward to working closely with New Charter.
“It’s a great opportunity for our business to expand, we will be taking on a dedicated member of staff to assist us in providing a first class service to all new tenants of Summers Quay.”

He added: “We’ve done very limited marketing to date but the response to what we have done has been fantastic.”
