Builders celebrate excellent progress as White Church Court in Whitchurch takes shape
Barratt’s forthcoming White Church Court development is progressing well, with the housebuilder celebrating a number of significant milestones.
The five star housebuilder’s latest development will bring 100 homes to Whitchurch, and the location’s layout is beginning to take shape now, with roads currently being laid ahead of preparations for construction of the first properties.
“We’re delighted by the progress already made by our team here with foundations due to start at the end of the month,” said managing director Russell Glimstead.
White Church Court features an outstanding selection of two, three and four bedroom homes which are perfect for a range of different lifestyles.
The designs are from Barratt’s new range of homes which feature improved storage throughout to give customers more usable space for bags and boxes. The floorplans have also been designed to ensure furniture fits more comfortably and that customers can move more easily around the home.
With space for growing families and friends so important, the new 2017 range of homes now have an excellent balance between accommodation and living space, so that the whole family can watch TV or fit around a dining table at the same time. The bedrooms too have all been designed with plenty of space for wardrobes and bedside tables.
The new 2017 range of homes all now feature well-proportioned windows to maximise natural light, cleaner roof lines, new brick bandings and front door surrounds, all of which add character and distinctiveness to the homes, making them more appealing.
“The layout of the development will also provide a distinct ‘sense of place’ – with a mix of modern and sustainable home designs in a traditional setting,” added Russell. To register an interest in the new homes call 0844 811 1855 or visit www.barratthomes.co.uk
